What more would you like to learn?

I would like to learn more about other programs on the computer. In the computer class, I learned about Microsoft Windows, Power Point, Hardware, Microsoft Word, and HTML. However, I think there are other useful programs on the computer, so I would like to know about these. Also, I would like to learn more about the Internet. For example, how we can trust the information in the web site. When I was a high school student, my English teacher told the class that when we write the essay and we need to use information from the Internet, we can only use the URL says ".edu" or ".org". I wonder why it only ".edu" or ".org", and still I do not know. In addition, I want to know about the mechanism of chatting because it might simple and do not have anything to explain, but for me, it is kind of mystery of the Internet.

What is the Viral Video?

Viral Video means video clips that people can see through the Internet, e-mail, IM messages, and blogs. I think the most famous viral video is "You Tube". You Tube is a web site that everyone can see the video clips freely, and anyone can contribute the video clips. However, there is a problem of copyright. Because anyone can put any video clips, some evil people put TV drama programs, movies, and music promotion videos without permission. Obviously, that is a crime. However, many people put these kind of video clips, so it is hard to crack down on this problem. I think viral video is a very useful and interesting tool on the Internet, and when I have presentation and I put the video in it, it has great effect on my presentation, but it also have big problem of plagiarism.

What is "Network neutrality"?

Network neutrality or net neutrality means networks are open to equal access to everyone. They are evenhanded as they do not favor any one destination or application over another. The meaning of the network neutrality is changing, and in 2006, the definition of the network neutrality means those who run networks as opposed to the network itself, where net neutrality means is generally understood to mean that the service and providers of inter net such as KDDI and NTT do not discriminate against rivals or individuals when they charge fees or when they prioritize traffic. Net neutrality is a major problem as the U.S. considers new laws of telecommunication. In general, it is mainly supported by companies that provide services at the edge of the network, and is generally opposed by companies that manage the middle of the network.
